David Duane Cannon – President

Duane graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Distribution.  Previously serving as a special project coordinator for a major industrial firm, Duane brought years of experience in project development and cost analysis to MACO Construction, Inc. in 1995.  Duane has extensive experience with MACO in project coordination, budgeting and quality control, and presently serves as Vice President of Operations.

Cee Freeman – Vice President

Patty Bailey – Office Manager

Patty has in excess of 20 years of office and account management experience.  Previously employed by the South Texas District Assemblies of God, she brought her office experience to the construction industry in 1985 when she went to work for Partner’s Construction.  Patty joined our team in 1994 and serves in such capacities as Office, Credit and Accounts Manager.

 

Wayne Theiss – Construction Superintendent/Project Coordinator

Wayne’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master of Engineering Degree from University of California.  Wayne was a Professor at Texas A&I University and has been employed by Ussery Construction as well as Target Construction. These employment opportunities along with his own successful business, Theiss Agri Services, have given him extensive experience in engineering, design, and construction of irrigation and drainage facilities, project management, and land development.  Wayne’s vast experience in construction is a valuable asset to both Maco and to our customers.

Ken Hermann – Construction Superintendent

Ken served our country in the Navy from 1965-1968 and was honorably discharged as an E-1.  After four years of carpentry school in Pennsylvania, Ken spent the next 36 years perfecting his skills as a carpenter and drywall contractor.  The previous 12 years prior to joining us at MACO Construction, Inc., Ken was a crew foreman for Associated Interiors Inc. in Fort Worth.  In 2004 he joined us as a Construction Superintendent operating in the Dallas Metroplex.

Jim Buckner – Construction Superintendent

Jim began his career in the residential construction industry.  Having completed courses in Business and Construction Management at Houston Community College, he went into business for himself as a General Contractor in the commercial construction industry.  During this time, Jim gained years of experience in underground utility work, site work, concrete, as well as interior build-outs in high-rise complexes.  In September of 2001 he joined our team here at MACO Construction, Inc., and his extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial construction has proved to be an asset to our firm.
