DAVID DUANE CANNON
President

Duane graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Distribution.

Previously serving as a special project coordinator for a major industrial firm, in 1995 Duane came aboard the MACO team and brought years of experience in project development and cost analysis.

Since 1995, he has served MACO in various capacities such as job site superintendent, sales, design coordinator, estimator, project coordinator, and vice-president.

In 2015, Duane Cannon and Cee Freeman purchased MACO Construction. Duane now serves as the President of this great organization.

CEE FREEMAN
Vice President

Cee Freeman is a veteran of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm and was deployed to and served in Southwest Asia from August 23, 1990, to April 1, 1991. He served with the 82d Signal Battalion, 82d Airborne Division.

While attending college, Cee served in Co G 143d Infantry (LRS) of the Texas Army National Guard.

After his military service, he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Le Tourneau University in 1998.

After graduation Cee joined MACO Construction as a Superintendent. In 2015, after serving many years in the roles of the superintendent, project manager, and VP of Sales, Cee became Vice President and co-owner of MACO Construction.

MICHAEL JENKINS
Project Manager

Michael began his construction experience from a young age. He worked as a project manager for a residential design-build firm.

He was tasked with managing the schedules of multiple projects at one time while making sure those projects stayed on budget and on time.

He began studying Construction Management at the University of Houston in 2014. Michael graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. During his time at UH, the degree focused on industrial and commercial aspects of the construction industry.

As a Project Manager for MACO, Michael is tasked with the day to day management and operations for multiple projects during the pre-construction and construction phases to guarantee his clients’ successful completion of their projects.

SERGIO SOSA
Senior Field Operations Manager

Sergio has served in the Construction industry for over 38 years.

His experience includes Field Superintendent, Site Project Manager, and Field Operations Manager.

Sergio’s vast construction experience of different types of construction such as Class A structural steel, tilt wall, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, and Turnkey Construction projects led him to join the MACO team in November of 2015.

With this vast knowledge and experience, Sergio assists the team by ensuring that there is smooth, consistent communication between the office staff and the field staff.

Safety is paramount at MACO Construction. While all staff focuses on safety, Sergio maintains and coordinates safety measures for all field staff.

CB FLEMING
Superintendent

CB began working in the Construction industry from an early age. He started off working for a sub-contractor, Bateman Plumbing. Through this time, he acquired his Apprentice license.

He then moved to Kilgore where he acquired his Journeyman Plumbing License with Med Gas Endorsement. He has worked for Plumbing and HVAC sub-contracting companies for 18 years before starting at MACO Construction.

CB has been involved with various types of projects that has allowed his construction experience to grow. CB’s knowledge and experience working for various sub-contractors has allowed him to understand the inner workings of a project.

With this knowledge, CB will be tasked with managing day-to-day operations on the jobsite, ensuring that the project is completed on time and on budget.

TOMMY LOWE
Chaplain

Tommy has worked in the Commercial and Residential Construction sectors for over 45 years.

Tommy joined MACO Construction in 2003 and serves as both Field Superintendent and Chaplain. Tommy provides exceptional leadership to our team as well as building strong relationships with sub-contractors.

The jobsite is Tommy’s mission field; performing weddings and funerals for many sub-contractors who don’t have a church home.

He has also traveled the world to help build churches in Mexico, Peru, and Argentina. Currently, Tommy serves as a Voice Volunteer Representative for the Voice of the Martyrs Ministry and assists with counseling and funeral services for any family in need.

Tommy’s love for people has been a great blessing to MACO Construction, to our sub-contractors, and to all those in his realm of influence.

PATTY BAILEY
Office Manager

Patty’s experience in Construction Administration started in 1984; she spent 5 years assisting with the day-to-day operations at Partner’s Construction.

In 1989 she went to work for Pastor Mike Allard at the South Texas District Office of the Assemblies of God.

In October of 1994, Patty joined the MACO team serving as Office Manager. Her administrative experience has played an intricate role in our success here at MACO Construction.

Tasked with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, she ensures that our clients are being billed properly while maintaining great relationships with our vendors and sub-contractors.
